A sound recording has at least two copyrights: the first for the musical composition and words, the second for the performance/interpretation of that.

Internet streaming licensing
Stations streaming on the internet must pay fees to SoundExchange (see their licensing FAQ) , the entity designated by Congress to collect these fees. In our situation, we are looking at $500 to stream our signal, in addition to the traditional radio licensing fees.
