KOWA meeting minutes for January 8, 2007.

Streaming
KOWA may soon stream over the internet. One computer gotten and almost ready for studio side of streaming. In contact with someone who can provide 5-10 listeners. Should be streaming soon.
Studio design
Joe wants to redesign studio so that you don’t have to bend over to change a cd and be able to reach all equipment at one time. Also hook up other cd player and hook up mp3 recording on second computer so people can record their shows. Also want to hook up a tv with vcr to play over the air.
Web site
Website needs to get updated, particularly the schedule.
New studio
Shed is moved and garage project should move forward this week. Building party not yet organized.
Solar power
Talk about obtaining solar panels and getting kowa off the grid. More research needs to be done and soon. [1] seems to be a good place to start.
